Senior Product Manager, Ads Quality @Instacart

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for ads quality systems, focusing on auction mechanics and ad ranking.
• Drive strategy and execution to increase experimentation velocity within the ads quality team.
• Collaborate with machine learning engineers to translate complex outputs into product requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Define and track success metrics for ads quality, managing tradeoffs between advertiser performance and shopper experience.
• Navigating a fast-paced environment with frequently shifting priorities and data.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of product management experience in online advertising or a related field, with a focus on auction mechanics.
• Minimum 2 years working directly with machine learning teams or products.
• Proven experience in defining and executing product roadmaps in complex environments.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to product decisions.
• Preferred: Familiarity with large language models and experience in retail media networks or advertising platforms.

Benefits

Instacart provides competitive compensation including a base salary range of CAD $165,000 to $174,000, equity grants, and various benefits. Specific offerings may vary based on experience and skills.

Location

This is a remote position for candidates located in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, or Nova Scotia, Canada only.
