Overview

Affirm is seeking a Senior Product Manager for their Credit & Pricing team. This role focuses on building products that enable merchants to leverage flexible payments for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the product direction and own the roadmap for merchant pricing products and platform capabilities.
• Transform merchant insights into intuitive financing solutions and collaborate with Commercial and Product Marketing for product launches.
• Enhance consumer experiences by making financing offers clear and compelling.
• Lead complex product decisions by unifying partner interests across experiences, risk, and Affirm's goals.
• Drive measurable results through discovery, experimentation, and iterations to improve merchant adoption and profitability.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with a focus on B2B merchant products.
• Understanding of payment acceptance costs, conversion, and merchant ROI.
• Ability to translate complex capabilities into user-friendly experiences.
• Effective communication skills to present business cases and influence stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to measure impact and evaluate growth economics.
• Technical fluency to partner with engineering and drive products from concept to launch.
• Experience with pricing, financing, loyalty, incentives, or advertising is a plus.
