    Overview

    1Password is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive sales pipeline by identifying and engaging high-potential prospects. This role focuses on outbound prospecting and managing inbound leads while contributing to the digital safety of organizations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Proactively identify and engage prospects through outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
    • Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing efforts and understand prospect needs.
    • Conduct engaging conversations with prospects to understand their business challenges and communicate the value of 1Password's offerings.
    • Research target accounts to develop outreach strategies and maximize engagement.
    • Build a qualified pipeline for Account Executives and ensure smooth handoff in the sales process.
    • Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system.
    • Collaborate with Account Executives and sales managers to refine outreach efforts.
    • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities.
    • Continuously build knowledge of products, services, and the market landscape.
    • Apply feedback from coaching sessions to improve outreach techniques.

    Requirements

    • 0-1+ years of relevant customer-facing experience, preferably in sales.
    • Genuine interest in a sales career and eagerness to solve customer problems.
    • Solid communication skills, with the ability to build rapport over various channels.
    • Foundational business acumen and understanding of revenue generation.
    • Proficiency in basic computer applications and aptitude for learning new technologies.
    • Resilient, self-motivated, and committed to achieving targets in a remote environment.
    • Curious and coachable, embracing feedback for continuous improvement.

    Benefits
