Overview

LendingTree is a leading online marketplace and membership platform that empowers consumers to monitor their credit and comparison shop a full suite of financial products. The company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to assist in the development and growth of its membership platform and financial marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a clear product strategy that aligns with the company’s goals.
• Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer feedback and data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Champion a user-centric approach through user research and usability testing.
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success.
• Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch iteration.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Assess and manage product-related risks, ensuring compliance and security.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and junior product managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong understanding of online lending products.
• Experience in a technical environment with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead teams.
• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
• Analytical skills for interpreting data and making decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.

Location

This role requires a hybrid schedule in the Charlotte, NC office; Tuesday-Thursday in-office, Monday and Friday remote.
