    Key Responsibilities

    • Take ownership of underdefined, high-stakes surfaces, initially focusing on Tasks, Home, and Notifications.
    • Lead the redesign of the Mercury home page to determine its content and layout based on changing product roles.
    • Design the unified logic behind tasks, lifecycle updates, and in-product alerts.
    • Collaborate closely with Command, agents, and product teams relying on Dashboard functionality.
    • Establish direction and a prioritized roadmap, balancing user needs with product team requirements.
    • Collaborate with design to shape the visual and interaction language of core surfaces.
    • Contribute to the vision, sequencing, and execution of a multi-phase overhaul of horizontal Dashboard experiences.
    • Regularly present strategies and tradeoffs to company leadership.
    • Translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights for the team.

    Requirements

    • 7+ years of relevant product management experience, preferably with a focus on horizontal product or platform teams.
    • Strong design sense; understanding that aesthetics contribute to functionality.
    • A demonstrated ability to clarify ambiguity into a clear perspective independently.
    • Fluency in collaborating with designers as a peer and an eagerness to work with detail-oriented partners.
    • Aptitude for managing complex problems through the entire product lifecycle, including research, design, engineering, GTM, and stakeholder management.

    The total rewards package includes competitive base salary, equity (stock options/RSUs), and comprehensive benefits. Target new hire salary ranges for this role are:

    • US Employees: $200,700 — $250,900 USD
    • Canadian Employees: $189,700 — $237,100 USD

    Location

    This role is remote, with options within Canada or the United States.
