Overview

The Mozilla Corporation is seeking a hands-on Mobile Product Manager focused primarily on Firefox for iOS, while also contributing to Android. This role is centered around enhancing browser experiences, increasing user loyalty, and driving impactful improvements based on user insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a fundamentally better browser experience by fixing bugs, refining UI, and improving performance.
• Drive strong activation and retention by optimizing the new-user journey and understanding user drop-off points.
• Deliver unique features that enhance user engagement with Firefox.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data science to implement improvements effectively.
• Stay connected with users by analyzing App Store trends, reviews, and analytics.
• Monitor app health using App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
• Adapt Firefox for global markets by considering local user needs.

Requirements

• Proven shipping experience with apps on the iOS App Store and/or Google Play.
• Strong execution focus with a history of meeting deadlines through collaboration.
• Deep understanding of iOS and ideally Android ecosystems and app store policies.
• Comfortable using analytics and A/B testing for product improvement.
• User-obsessed with a habit of studying apps and trends to uncover opportunities.
• Experience growing products in international markets is a plus.
• Bonus: Experience with mobile browsers or privacy-focused products; maintaining a side project or app.
