Senior Product Manager, Mobile @Mozilla Corporation

Overview

The role is for a Senior Product Manager focused on mobile, particularly Firefox for iOS, and also contributing across Android. Mozilla Corporation is dedicated to improving the internet and is looking for an individual to enhance user experience through impactful mobile product management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a fundamentally better browser experience by fixing bugs, refining UI and navigation, and improving overall performance and user satisfaction.
• Drive activation and retention by focusing on the new-user journey and optimizing the user funnel using data and tests.
• Deliver distinguishing features that enhance user engagement and loyalty.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists to ship high-impact improvements.
• Stay connected with real users through trend tracking, app testing, and analytics.
• Monitor app health using App Store and Google Play metrics to support acquisition and retention.
• Adapt Firefox for diverse global markets considering local user preferences.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience launching or managing apps in the iOS App Store and/or Google Play Store.
• A demonstrated ability to deliver features through effective teamwork.
• In-depth understanding of iOS and Android ecosystems as well as web browser technologies.
• Experience with data-driven iterations using analytics and user feedback.
• Proactive in studying app trends and user experiences.
• Interest in growing products in international markets.
• Bonus: Background in mobile browsers or privacy-focused products.
