Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Build a better browser experience by fixing bugs, refining UI and navigation, and improving performance.
• Drive activation and retention by understanding the new-user journey and optimizing user engagement strategies.
• Deliver features and experiences that enhance user stickiness for Firefox.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists to ship improvements while considering user needs and technical constraints.
• Stay connected to users by analyzing app trends, testing apps, and using feedback for enhancements.
• Monitor app health and support acquisition and retention efforts through various marketing strategies.
• Adapt Firefox for global markets by considering local user needs and cultural differences.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience launching or managing apps on the iOS App Store and/or Google Play Store.
• Strong execution focus with a proven track record of delivering features under deadlines.
• Deep understanding of mobile ecosystems and browser technologies.
• Comfort with data analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback for product improvement.
• Interest or experience in growing products in international markets.
