Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy connecting planning, source code management, and AI-assisted development.
• Shape workflows for teams and agents to facilitate traceability between specifications and code implementations.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to create product experiences for autonomous development workflows.
• Utilize customer insights and data to pinpoint opportunities for delivering customer value quickly.
• Balance near-term execution with long-term product direction to ensure quality and speed of delivery.
• Explore how planning can improve code review processes and the validation of AI-generated outputs.
• Collaborate with various teams across the software development lifecycle to reduce friction.

Requirements

• Experience as a product manager in developer tools, DevOps tools, or related software development lifecycle products.
• Hands-on experience with source code lifecycle management, including CI/CD processes.
• Ability to work alongside technical teams while understanding developer workflows.
• A data-driven approach to product management to assess customer impact.
• Capability to operate in ambiguous environments without clear market patterns.
• Experience in building or releasing AI tools for software development.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills suitable for remote work.
• A proactive mindset to facilitate quick product delivery of customer value.
