Senior Product Manager (XDR) - Security Solutions @Elastic

Overview

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help build and grow Elastic XDR. This role involves owning a core area of the XDR roadmap from requirements to product delivery, while working closely with engineering teams and customers in the security sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a core area of the XDR roadmap end to end, including detection, correlation, incident building, and response capabilities across various environments.
• Expand and maintain the telemetry and integrations that XDR depends on.
• Contribute to exposure and vulnerability management work.
• Write clear requirements for engineering teams.
• Represent the product in customer conversations and feedback loops.
• Ensure product capabilities work across different deployment models.
• Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape.
• Create artifacts for stakeholder visibility.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in security-related technical product management or related fields.
• Hands-on knowledge of XDR, EDR, SIEM, incident response, or forensics.
• Experience with heterogeneous third-party data integration.
• Solid understanding of analytics techniques and the cyber threat landscape.
• Technical credibility and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts.
• Comfortable with AI technologies in workflow.
• Relevant degree in engineering, computer science, or information security.
