    Overview

    The role involves overseeing Mercury's product operations to enhance the efficiency of product teams. The Senior Product Operations Specialist will manage key operational programs focused on product launches, onboarding, and organizational planning.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own Mercury's Product Launch Program, ensuring smooth and high-quality product launches through effective cross-functional coordination.
    • Lead the New Grad PM Rotational Program, coordinating rotations and evolving the program for early-career Product Managers.
    • Build and own the onboarding experience for new Product Managers, continuously improving the process based on feedback.
    • Drive Product Culture programming by designing and operating initiatives that strengthen the company’s product culture.
    • Drive cross-functional programs by leading complex initiatives across various departments, creating clarity and alignment.

    Requirements

    • 3–5 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or similar roles in a high-growth technology company.
    • Experience owning cross-functional programs from concept to execution, balancing strategic thinking with operational follow-through.
    • Strong systems thinking and the ability to design repeatable operating mechanisms.
    • Excellent judgment and comfort with ambiguity, translating high-level objectives into clear plans.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • A product mindset, approaching internal operations like product teams approach customer products.
    • A bias toward action with sound judgment on when to prioritize speed or quality.

    Benefits

    The total rewards package includes competitive base salary, equity (stock options/RSUs), and benefits. Specific target salary ranges are noted below:

    • For US employees in select cities: $121,700 — $152,100 USD
    • For US employees outside selected cities: $109,500 — $136,900 USD
    • For Canadian employees: $115,000 — $143,700 CAD

    Location

    This position is open to remote candidates within Canada or the United States.
