Overview

The Senior Renewal Operations Manager will oversee the operational processes behind renewals, partnering with various leadership teams to streamline and improve efficiency in the renewal motion.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the renewal forecast and operational rhythm of the renewal business.
• Safeguard the integrity of renewal and subscription data for trusted retention reporting.
• Define and maintain retention reporting, including churn and downgrade analysis.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into clear problem statements and drive them to resolution.
• Partner with Revenue Technology and Analytics to evolve systems, data, and reporting related to renewals.
• Support planning cycles for the renewals organization, including segmentation and target setting.
• Build cross-functional alignment to operationalize go-to-market changes affecting renewals.
• Document processes and mentor others on how the renewal motion works.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with subscription renewal processes, including forecasting and retention reporting.
• Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in data analysis using Excel or Sheets; SQL is a plus.
• Understanding of systems thinking and the sales process.
• Ability to execute and follow through to outcomes that stick.
• Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Curiosity and aptitude for learning new domains quickly.
• Comfort in a scaling environment with ambiguity.
