Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to build new features and products end-to-end.
• Work alongside teams such as Sales and Support to understand customers' needs.
• Design and implement solutions to improve customers' banking experiences.
• Own problems end-to-end, including user experience and data models.
• Tune and polish features to ensure excellence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying full-stack applications.
• Experience in building and designing scalable backend systems.
• Proficiency with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Strong experience with backend programming languages (Java, Kotlin, Python).
• Familiarity with software engineering development cycles.
• High standards for personal and team performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits

The expected salary range for this role is $192,000 - $240,000 CAD, depending on factors such as location, skills, experience, and market demands. Equity and other forms of compensation may also be included.

Location

This role is hybrid, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, requiring a minimum of three days in the office each week.
