Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver quarterly goals, leading engineers through problem-solving processes.

• Foster a culture of quality and ownership through code reviews and design standards.
• Occasionally contribute to full-stack development, including front-end components.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in backend system design and development, using languages like Python or Kotlin.
• Experience with developing highly available distributed systems using AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• Enthusiasm for working occasionally on front-end development.
• Ability to create elegant, extensible technical plans for system features.
• Proficient in making significant changes in large codebases safely.
• Strong ownership and proactive growth mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
