Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for the team, guiding engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in developing and architecting web applications using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience defining a technical plan for feature delivery with extensible design.
• Proficient in managing significant changes in a large codebase.
• Demonstrated ownership of personal growth and proactive feedback-seeking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to support collaboration with a global engineering team.
