Senior Software Engineer, Frontend @Brex

Overview

Brex is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join its team. This role involves working across the entire Brex stack to create and maintain products and features that enhance the financial software experience for companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to build new features and products.
• Work closely with user-facing teams (Sales, Support) to understand customer needs.
• Design and implement experiments to improve customer experiences.
• Own problems end-to-end, focusing on user experience, data models, scalability, and ongoing metrics.
• Tune and polish features for a high degree of excellence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience with modern frontend technologies such as ES6+, React, TypeScript, and Webpack.
• Experience architecting, developing, and testing client-side code end to end.
• Experience developing client-facing software products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to uphold high engineering standards.
