Key Responsibilities
- Design and ship new Command skills for workflows like sending money and managing invoices.
- Define the architecture for multi-step agent interactions.
- Collaborate with backend teams to shape data contracts for new capabilities.
- Maintain and evolve Command's prompt architecture and model behavior.
- Write tests and build eval infrastructure to ensure reliability and quality.
- Monitor and improve the product post-launch, adapting to evolving needs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on LLM-powered applications.
- Experience in scaling LLM products and addressing performance issues.
- Ability to design reliable and explainable agentic systems.
- Experience with eval infrastructure to measure product performance.
- Understanding trade-offs in LLM deployments regarding latency, cost, and compliance.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, willing to learn Haskell for backend work.
- Proven mentoring skills and ability to raise technical standards within a team.
