Senior Solutions Architect @GitLab

Overview

As a Senior Solutions Architect in GitLab's Northern Europe team, you will be a trusted advisor to GitLab prospects and customers. You will help them understand how GitLab's DevSecOps platform meets both technical requirements and business objectives throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation of GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform.
• Drive the technical evaluation process, including solution design, POC/POV ownership, workshop design, and technical components of tenders.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and regional sales teams to develop account strategies.
• Build and strengthen relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders.
• Advise customers on modern software development practices and improve return on investment.
• Serve as the voice of the customer with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
• Maintain technical expertise in GitLab, DevSecOps, AI, and related cloud technologies.
• Invest in personal growth through learning, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in the end-to-end software development lifecycle and DevSecOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab or similar platforms.
• Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts.
• Ability to lead technical evaluations and design workshops.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Skill in building trusted relationships and customer advocacy.
