As a Senior Solutions Architect based in Singapore, you will serve as a trusted advisor to prospects, customers, and partners, helping them leverage GitLab's AI-powered platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation of GitLab's platform to meet customer needs.
• Manage the technical evaluation process, including solution design, proof of concept, and workshop design.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to shape account strategies for customer acquisition and expansion.
• Build and deepen relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders.
• Advise customers on modern software development practices and improve return on investment.
• Represent customer feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
• Create technical collateral and examples to maintain and expand expertise.
• Engage in ongoing learning and knowledge sharing to improve the team's impact.

Requirements

• Experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in the software development lifecycle and modern DevSecOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and deployment options.
• Ability to lead technical evaluations and workshops.
• Strong technical communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent Mandarin language skills for engaging stakeholders in Singapore and Taiwan.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and act as a customer advocate.
