Senior Solutions Engineer (DACH), Firefox Enterprise @Mozilla Corporation

Overview

The Mozilla Corporation is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer (DACH) to support the growth of Firefox Enterprise across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This role focuses on helping enterprises evaluate, validate, and deploy Firefox Enterprise in secure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to support strategic enterprise opportunities across DACH.
• Lead technical discovery and solution design with customers and partners.
• Run workshops with customer stakeholders across security, infrastructure, and workplace technology.
• Maintain relationships with customers' technical counterparts during and after the sales process.
• Assist customers with evaluating Firefox Enterprise, including deployment and security controls.
• Design and support pilots, proofs of concept, and rollout plans.
• Advise on deployment models, architecture decisions, and integration approaches.
• Validate interoperability across various systems and identify technical risks.
• Create reusable technical assets for deployment and enablement.
• Support partners involved in deployment and customer success.
• Champion Mozilla’s values of openness, trust, and user agency.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of the DACH IT landscape, particularly in public sector and financial services.
• Strong background in enterprise security and digital workplace infrastructure.
• Hands-on knowledge of GPO, policy management, SSO, MFA, and endpoint management.
• Experience with enterprise deployments in complex environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Native-level fluency in German.
