Senior Staff Product Manager, Device Security @1Password

Overview

1Password is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager for Device Security to define the strategy and roadmap for device security capabilities. This role focuses on helping organizations control and govern access across their environments, emphasizing the integration of AI and identity management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the Device Security product roadmap, partnering with engineering leadership.
• Represent customer perspectives through feedback loops, demos, and structured product artifacts.
• Collaborate with Product Managers across adjacent product areas and various teams including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing.
• Establish success metrics connecting customer outcomes to product progress.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers, including security and IT leaders.
• Prototype solutions using AI-enabled developer tools for product idea exploration.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in security or related areas.
• Proven track record in defining and delivering cross-functional initiatives in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to communicate complex security concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer-centered prioritization approach, combining qualitative insights with quantitative data.
• Strong written communication skills with experience in creating PRDs and supporting documentation.
