The Senior Strategic Account Executive role is vital in nurturing relationships with significant customers in the Rest of Asia, particularly in managing and expanding accounts in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand important customer accounts, including firms in technology, retail, eCommerce, insurance, and fintech.
• Develop and execute account strategies to deliver strong revenue and profit results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify new revenue opportunities.
• Participate in a cross-functional account team with product, finance, support, and services representatives.
• Maintain disciplined forecasting and present guidance to executive management.
• Conduct consultative sales cycles focusing on deep discovery and understanding customer needs.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in major account or strategic sales.
• Experience supporting South East Asia or South Asia territories.
• Accountable for relationship management, cross-sells, upsells, and solutions consulting.
• Strong analytical strategy skills using data to find opportunities.
• Track record of managing business forecasts and financial models.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to define processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
