Senior TA Operations Specialist @GitLab

Overview

GitLab is seeking a Senior TA Operations Specialist to lead the technology infrastructure that powers recruitment at scale. This role focuses on architecting intelligent workflows and enhancing the technical capabilities of the Talent Acquisition team through the use of AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end configuration of the TA tech stack, including ATS stages, fields, integrations, and user access.
• Manage tools configuration, maintenance, and core setup across the technology ecosystem.
• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI agents and automation workflows for recruiting use cases.
• Lead the TA systems roadmap, including evaluation and planning for new technologies.
• Develop AI governance policies including bias auditing and compliance reviews.
• Build and deliver AI-specific enablement programs for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience configuring enterprise ATS platforms and HR/TA tech stacks.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents or automation workflows.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and model performance monitoring.
• Experience managing integrations across platforms and resolving failures.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks.
• Curiosity about emerging recruiting technology.
• Experience in recruiting operations or a related domain.
