The Senior Technical Content Development Engineer position involves designing and building complex interview questions for assessing software engineering candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced technical interview content, including complex coding exercises and engineering scenarios.
• Write and test interview content across multiple programming languages and handle technically challenging problems.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance content creation, maintaining accuracy at high complexity levels.
• Lead peer reviews of interview content, providing technical feedback and setting quality standards.
• Diagnose and resolves issues with underperforming content using performance data and interviewer feedback.
• Collaborate with Content Architecture on format decisions and raise the technical standards for new content.
• Shape development standards, templates, and documentation for the team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with complex systems.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including debugging and testing with experience providing technical feedback.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience working remotely on global teams, available during US hours.
