• Proficiency in sourcing techniques and tools.
• Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate candidates.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Ability to use data and analytics to optimize recruitment strategies.
• Able to excel in a rapidly evolving tech environment.
