Overview

The Senior Technical Recruiter will help grow Mozilla’s global recruiting efforts for various products in a contract role lasting approximately 6 months. This position offers the opportunity to work with a team committed to making technology and the world a better place.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Provide strategic advising to hiring managers to attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various channels, including HireEz and LinkedIn.
• Conduct detailed screenings to assess technical skills and culture fit.
• Manage the full cycle recruitment process from posting to offer acceptance.
• Foster a diverse candidate pool.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compensation, legal, and finance.
• Use data and analytics to improve recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter.
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques and tools.
• Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate candidates.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Proficiency in using data to optimize recruitment strategies.
• Able to excel in ambiguous, rapidly evolving situations.
