Social Support Associate, Customer Care Operations (Overnight) @Lyft

Overview

The role of Social Support Associate at Lyft involves serving as the voice of support on social media channels, addressing questions and resolving issues in real-time for both passengers and drivers. This position aims to strengthen the Lyft community by providing a trusted support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage problems from the community and own issue resolution, escalating to designated teams when necessary.
• Be Lyft’s support voice on social media and other digital channels, exercising impeccable judgment as a representative.
• Proactively solve issues and foster trust with customers.
• Create a personalized and effortless experience for the Lyft community.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and other teams to ensure a cohesive voice of support.
• Act as a community advocate for Lyft.
• Willingness to work a wide range of hours and weekends.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales is mandatory.
• 1+ years of experience with social media or communications is a plus.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• High emotional intelligence and experience interacting with people.
• Strong work ethic, proactive nature, and ownership mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
