Overview

Render is building a modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack applications. The role involves designing and building user-facing features for a cloud platform, allowing teams to deploy applications effortlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Build new products that assist in managing applications as larger teams grow.
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and other engineers.
• Evolve the Render codebase and technology as the product scales.
• Participate in team planning, roadmapping, and goal-setting.
• Help shape team culture and practices as the company grows.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities with the team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in shipping software.
• Experience collaborating with product and design stakeholders.
• Ability to work across the stack, independently and collaboratively.
• Strong understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and multiple programming languages.
• Strong sense of ownership and pragmatic decision-making.
