Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Build production systems where AI agents execute real code changes within deterministic gates, ensuring a robust audit trail.
• Break down customer and platform problems into manageable pieces, taking ownership from start to finish.
• Design trust boundaries and a least-privilege model for automation.
• Develop evaluation and observability measures to monitor system accuracy and performance.
• Produce evidence for auditors to demonstrate the effectiveness of controls.
• Collaborate with security engineering and development teams, effectively communicating complex concepts.
• Promote engineering best practices to solve challenging problems collaboratively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience building enterprise-grade software with a strong understanding of testing and QA.
• Proficiency in Java or Python with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with LLM APIs and hands-on integration of AI-driven coding assistants.
• Ability to manage trust boundaries and automation decision-making.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and build systems like Jenkins or Bamboo.
• Effective collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
• Nice-to-have experience with software supply chain security and AI governance in security contexts.
