Solutions Architect - France @GitLab

Overview

GitLab is seeking a Solutions Architect focusing on France to join their Southern Europe team. The role involves advising clients on how GitLab's DevSecOps platform can meet their technical requirements and business goals throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation to demonstrate how GitLab's platform addresses customer needs.
• Drive the technical evaluation process, including solution design and ownership of POCs.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to shape strategies for customer acquisition and expansion.
• Build relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders, guiding them through their digital transformation.
• Advise customers on software development, continuous integration, continuous deployment, and cloud practices.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, sharing insights and feedback with internal teams.
• Maintain and enhance technical expertise in GitLab and related technologies.
• Invest in personal growth through learning and mentorship opportunities.

Requirements

• 4+ years in technical pre-sales or consulting roles.
• Proficiency with the end-to-end software development lifecycle and DevSecOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies.
• Ability to lead technical evaluations and design workshops.
• Strong communication skills for various audiences.
• Skilled in building trusted relationships and advocating for customers.
• Willingness to continuously develop professionally.
• Fluency in French and English.
