Solutions Consultant @Brex

Overview

Brex is seeking a Solutions Consultant who will lead the consultative, value-driven sales motion. In this role, you will help customers understand their current state, challenges, and opportunities while collaborating closely with Account Executives to shape deal strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and shape the problem.
• Conduct structured discovery to understand customer workflows, pain points, and decision criteria.
• Identify key value drivers and align solutions to measurable business outcomes.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect directly to customer needs.
• Own the solution narrative and drive deal strategy with Sales.
• Build trust and credibility with customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and ensure alignment on solution scope.

Requirements

• 3 - 6+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing roles in SaaS.
• Strong discovery skills and ability to diagnose business problems.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders, including executive-level audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Curiosity and a desire to continuously learn and improve.

Benefits

The compensation for this role includes an on-target earnings (OTE) range of $137,600 to $172,000, influenced by the candidate's location, skills, experience, and performance. Equity and other forms of compensation may be included as part of the total package.

Location

This role is based in Salt Lake City, Utah, and operates in a hybrid environment with a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week.
