Solutions Engineer - U.S. Based @AuthZed

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate how AuthZed meets customer requirements to secure technical wins in deals.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to document customer technical requirements and performance objectives.
• Build tailored solutions and design Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for prospects.
• Conduct virtual and in-person demos and technical sessions.
• Identify product gaps and communicate feedback to the product team.
• Create and maintain dynamic customer demos, ensuring customer success by troubleshooting technical issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a solutions engineering role or similar technical position.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in a modern backend language (Go, Python, Java, or Node preferred).
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgres).
• Experience designing and deploying solutions in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and managing Kubernetes clusters.
• Experience integrating against APIs and managing data streams.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues.
• Proven experience conducting training sessions and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
