The role of Forward Deployed Strategist involves owning strategic customer engagements from initial workshops through delivery, ensuring technical alignment and achieving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Scope FDE projects in partnership with customer executive sponsors, translating business problems into concrete, time-boxed deliverables.
• Lead technical discovery and architecture reviews to confirm feasibility of engagements.
• Work alongside FDE on technical builds, handling workflows, settings, and integrations.
• Facilitate technical enablement and adoption through hands-on training and building playbooks.
• Monitor feasibility during delivery and adjust project scope with the sponsor as needed.
• Identify expansion opportunities and escalate product-related issues to Product and Engineering teams.
• Establish and maintain executive relationships, acting as the primary contact from kickoff to handoff.
• Communicate effectively between business outcomes and technical implementations for both sponsors and the build team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Deployment Strategy, technical consulting, or similar roles.
• Solid understanding of agentic coding and LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with workflows, integrations, and platform configuration; familiarity with Python/JS-TS preferred.
• Experience delivering AI-native workflows in production environments.
• Ability to quickly identify high-leverage interventions in enterprise engineering organizations.
• Executive presence and technical credibility to engage C-suite and engineering leads.
• Domain expertise in FSI, insurance, telecom, high-tech, healthcare, or semiconductor is advantageous.
