Sr. Program Manager, Mind the Product Training @Pendo

Overview

The Sr. Program Manager, Mind the Product Training at Pendo is responsible for building and delivering customer training programs that align with customer goals. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Mind the Product to qualify inbound training opportunities.
• Coordinate onboarding of training customers and manage operational steps for smooth delivery.
• Handle pre-training communication and materials with clients.
• Collect feedback post-class from attendees and clients and generate performance reports.
• Design and manage the course experience for learners before and after training.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and scale operations.
• Support recruitment and enablement of the contributor network.
• Track and report on key operational metrics to improve productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, program management, professional services, or similar SaaS environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into practical solutions.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity with operational improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• AI-curiosity in workflows and productivity.

Location

This role can be based in San Francisco, CA, Raleigh, NC, or remote within the United States. In-office presence is expected for 3 days per week unless designated remote.
