Overview

1Password is seeking a Staff AI Marketing Systems Engineer to join their Solutions Marketing team. This remote role is focused on building AI-native services that enhance sales productivity and streamline workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover and define workflows by mapping current processes with sellers and product marketing managers.
• Design the agent runtime and application architecture for managing context, tooling, and permissions.
• Define trusted knowledge flows and systems for finding and evaluating relevant information.
• Build routing and specialist agents for generating sales assets and supporting active deals.
• Integrate AI services with existing Sales platforms like Salesforce and Slack.
• Design systems for secure access and tracking agent autonomy and actions.
• Evaluate and improve agent performance through quality measurements and user feedback.
• Operate and evolve the systems through monitoring and roadmap management.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales Operations, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with large language model APIs, workflows, and agent systems.
• Experience in designing agent systems with clear boundaries and context management.
• Strong technical judgment and the ability to simplify complex problems.
• A track record of user-centered delivery and rapid prototyping.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and technical communication abilities.
