Staff Product Manager @Twilio

Overview

Twilio is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join its Onboarding and Compliance team for Senders and Numbers in a remote capacity. This role involves creating streamlined onboarding experiences while ensuring compliance with local telecommunications regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and develop business requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to translate these into user stories.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive product planning, design, execution, and delivery.
• Communicate and promote the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Launch products and enable sales and marketing teams to achieve product adoption.
• Conduct regular data-driven business reviews to analyze product execution.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management in SaaS, IaaS or PaaS.
• Proven track record of leading successful product launches.
• Strong analytical skills to use quantitative and qualitative data for product decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical and UI/UX design understanding.
• Experience with cloud technologies, APIs, and enterprise software.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
