Staff Product Manager, AI @Webflow

Overview

Webflow is looking for a Staff Product Manager, AI to lead the development of the agent platform for the Source product, where marketing teams and AI agents can build, optimize, and scale digital experiences collaboratively. This role focuses on ensuring the trustworthiness and capability of AI agents and involves defining standards and frameworks for their operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the agent platform underneath Source.
• Ensure agents can safely hold responsibilities and define metrics for their performance.
• Set quality standards for agent experiences and oversee their implementation.
• Coordinate with various teams across Webflow to align product efforts.
• Participate actively in product development and contribute directly to code when necessary.
• Monitor the evolving AI landscape and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements

• BS / BA degree or relevant experience.
• 8+ years of product management experience with expertise in AI systems.
• Experience with platforms, APIs, and extensibility.
• Ability to define quality standards for non-deterministic products.
• Ability to serve both developer and marketer audiences effectively.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.
• Curiosity and fluency in emerging AI technologies.
