Overview

GitLab is seeking a Staff Product Manager for an internal platform product leadership position in its Revenue Lifecycle & Finance Systems team. The role involves owning the roadmap for enterprise systems related to Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Finance, acting as the strategic voice of the business within engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the multi-quarter internal product roadmap for QTC and Finance Systems, including Salesforce CPQ, Zuora Billing, and NetSuite.
• Translate business strategies into sequenced, prioritized system capabilities.
• Drive quarterly and annual planning ceremonies in collaboration with engineering managers.
• Serve as the primary internal product voice for all QTC and finance initiatives.
• Lead requirements workshops to translate complex requirements into actionable specifications.
• Mentor and upskill Analysts in product management best practices.
• Lead product strategy and oversee delivery for major multi-quarter programs.
• Partner with Enterprise Architects to evaluate build-vs-buy decisions for new capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in a similar internal platform or enterprise applications role.
• Deep domain expertise in QTC systems including Salesforce CPQ, Zuora Billing, and NetSuite ERP.
• Ability to communicate multi-quarter product roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of revenue lifecycle processes and experience in a SOX-controlled environment.
• Technical fluency to engage meaningfully with engineering on various system aspects.
