Staff Product Manager, SaaS Manager @1Password

Overview

1Password is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the enterprise readiness and platform modernization strategy for SaaS Manager, a product that helps organizations manage the applications their employees use. This remote role is available for candidates based in the United States or Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for SaaS Manager’s initiatives.
• Lead discovery processes with customers and partners to identify enterprise problems.
• Determine sequencing of capabilities such as data ingestion and integrations to deliver value.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to evaluate options and clarify requirements.
• Define success metrics and collaborate with analytics teams to measure outcomes.
• Align Product and Engineering teams around priorities and delivery risks.
• Coordinate product launches, go-to-market readiness, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS products.
• Technical fluency with integrations, APIs, and platform architecture.
• Experience leading complex initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Strong skills in product discovery, problem framing, iterative validation, prioritization, and success measurement.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience with SaaS management, identity and access management, or similar products; familiarity with third-party SaaS ecosystems.
