Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for search features in the Firefox Desktop browser, enhancing search engagement and revenue.
• Lead end-to-end experimentation across browser search access points and default search experiences.
• Develop clear success metrics with Data Science, translating insights into actionable decisions.
• Collaborate with Business Development to align product execution with search partnerships and strategic commitments.
• Work with Engineering, Research, and Design to prototype and launch innovative search experiences.
• Balance user experience, privacy principles, technical constraints, and revenue outcomes in a dynamic search environment.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual planning, identifying risks and long-term strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in revenue-impacting and user-facing product areas.
• Experience with search, discovery, or AI/ML-powered products.
• Strong understanding of modern AI capabilities and their implications.
• Proven track record in leading experimentation programs and achieving measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with product analytics tools and SQL proficiency.
