Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems at scale using Python or Kotlin.
• Extensive experience with highly available distributed systems using AWS, MySQL, Spark, and Kubernetes.
• Experience in financial systems or domains where data accuracy and system reliability are critical.
• Proficiency in delivering major features and system components with a defined technical plan.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and understand both low-level language idioms and large system architecture.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with a global team.
