Startups Ambassador @Brex

Overview

The role of Startups Ambassador at Brex involves building trusted relationships within the startup ecosystem, engaging top-tier VCs and high-growth founders. The position focuses on growing Brex's presence in key venture networks and fostering a strong local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive top-of-funnel customer acquisition for newly incorporated to Pre-seed to Series B companies through direct sales, strategic partnerships, relationship building, and community events.
• Expand an existing network of top-tier founders and VCs.
• Launch initiatives to connect Founders and VCs in meaningful ways.
• Act as the brand ambassador for Brex for Startups.
• Leverage networks to assist founders with accessing capital and sourcing talent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, underwriting, and finance.
• Maintain data hygiene using tools such as Salesforce and Looker.
• Utilize AI tools for efficiency and to support founders with content creation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in venture capital and/or working at a startup.
• Established network within the startup ecosystem.
• Proven experience working directly with VCs and founders.
• Experience carrying a sales quota preferred.
• Proven experience in building communities both virtually and in-person.
• Strong leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.

Benefits

The expected OTE range for this role is USD $135,600 - $169,500, including base salary and potential commissions. Additionally, depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be included.

Location

This role is based in San Francisco, California, in a hybrid environment, requiring a minimum of three days in the office per week.
