Program Manager, Growth, Monetization & Strategic Initiatives @Fivetran

Overview

Fivetran is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of its pricing and monetization strategy, while also supporting strategic initiatives. This role involves coordinating across various teams to ensure the effective execution of pricing strategies and manage program governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive program governance by facilitating meetings and decision-making processes.
• Lead Growth & Monetization planning in partnership with Sales & Engineering leadership.
• Track program deliverables and commitments.
• Coordinate engineering timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness with the ePMO.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and RevOps on enablement plans and execution.
• Manage sales escalations and cross-functional coordination for resolution.
• Engage with Finance and Analytics on analyses and business metric requests.
• Report on outcomes related to pricing and revenue impact.
• Expand operational playbooks for pricing and program management.

Requirements

• Experience in program management or product operations focusing on pricing, monetization, or GTM initiative in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record in driving cross-functional execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret pricing and revenue data.
• Experience in establishing operating rhythms and governance processes.
• Familiarity with GTM and RevOps tools such as Salesforce and BI tools.
• Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
• Bonus: Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and PMP certification.

Location

This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of Oakland, California, with two days in the office each week for in-person collaboration.
