    Overview

    Figma is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who will serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers. The role involves working with customer enablement, sales, and product teams to guide implementations while reducing technical risk and ensuring customer success.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as a strategic technical advisor for enterprise customers, helping them adopt and scale Figma in alignment with their business and technical goals.
    • Lead structured technical engagements that assess customers’ environments, identify risks or gaps, and provide guidance for successful implementation.
    • Guide customers through enterprise API usage and system integrations to extend Figma’s capabilities.
    • Partner with developer teams to improve design-to-code workflows and adoption of emerging platform capabilities.
    • Deliver technical workshops and training sessions to enhance customer confidence in using platform features.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer experience, and product teams for cohesive technical guidance.
    • Surface technical insights to support renewals and long-term account growth.
    • Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders and executive sponsors, translating technical concepts into business value.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or enterprise customer success within a SaaS organization.
    • Solid understanding of enterprise systems, APIs, integrations, and identity management frameworks.
    • Experience advising on or implementing AI-powered solutions in enterprise environments.
    • Excellent communication skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
    • A consultative mentality and ability to navigate complex customer environments.

    Additional desirable qualifications include familiarity with Figma or other design tools, knowledge of tailoring AI output, and a background in frontend development.
