Technical Lead- Fullstack @Juniper Square

Overview

Juniper Square is seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead to architect, design, and oversee the development of scalable web applications and distributed systems. The company focuses on transforming private markets by combining technology, data, and fund administration services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of full-stack applications, including frontend interfaces, backend services, and cloud infrastructure.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Define coding standards, enforce code quality, and conduct thorough code reviews.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from architecture and development to deployment and maintenance.
• Architect and build backend services using Python/FastAPI or Java.
• Design and implement scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Build asynchronous processing pipelines and microservices using tools like Celery or RabbitMQ.
• Develop modern web applications using ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and environment provisioning.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance product capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Expertise in Python (FastAPI preferred) or Java, ReactJS, TypeScript, REST, and GraphQL.
• Experience with AWS cloud services, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of microservices architectures and distributed systems design.
