    Overview

    This is a hybrid position requiring in-office attendance one day per week in Atlanta. As the Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager, Developer GTM at Fullstory, the role involves owning the strategy to make Fullstory a default tool for developers. The position reports to the VP of Product Marketing and requires becoming a leading outbound voice to developers to promote product-led growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and scale AI-native GTM workflows, using modern AI coding tools to enhance code sample generation, documentation, and technical content production.
    • Architect developer messaging and positioning, translating telemetry capabilities into clear developer documentation and resources.
    • Serve as the primary outbound technical voice, engaging with communities on platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub.
    • Design and execute product-led growth experiments for optimizing developer onboarding and feature adoption.
    • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Growth, and DevRel teams to analyze user data and improve activation campaigns.
    • Establish best practices for AI productivity across marketing initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience marketing to developers or technical audiences with a portfolio of technical content.
    • Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and platforms to ship code and create content efficiently.
    • Fluent coding skills, with the ability to read and write in JavaScript, TypeScript, or modern frontend frameworks.
    • Experience in driving product-led growth conversion loops and optimizing developer activation metrics.
    • Strong technical storytelling abilities with examples of breaking down complex concepts.
