Key Responsibilities

• Develop the brand's story across various surfaces including websites, campaigns, and event materials.
• Collaborate with brand designers and content marketing, contributing from the initial brief to final execution.
• Translate complex subjects (identity, fraud, compliance, security) into engaging narratives for non-experts.
• Craft and curate Persona's brand voice for a variety of audiences.
• Create guidelines for tone and voice, empowering other teams through practical insights.
• Elevate writing quality across the organization by providing feedback and support.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for unassigned projects and narratives.
• Foster a collaborative feedback culture among designers and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with a portfolio demonstrating the evolution from brief to final concept.
• Ability to write with personality and clarity on serious subjects, enhancing messaging credibility.
• Experience writing for varied mediums and audiences while maintaining a consistent voice.
• Skills in helping to shape a brand voice rather than inheriting it.
• Self-direction in project management within a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative skills, capable of working closely with design and marketing teams.
• Curiosity about customer problems and communication strategies.
