Overview

ClickHouse is seeking Growth Engineers dedicated to enhancing user experiences and driving growth metrics. The role involves building experimentation infrastructure and user onboarding flows, requiring a focus on speed and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship experiments across the self-serve funnel including signup, onboarding, activation, and monetization flows.
• Design and refine human UI elements for clarity and conversion.
• Create agentic experiences that expedite user value realization.
• Conduct disciplined experiments including hypothesis formulation, instrumentation, and iterative learning.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and data science to accelerate the path from ideas to shipped experiments.
• Work within the Cloud Console codebase and partner with various app teams for cohesive user flows.
• Focus on key metrics such as acquisition, activation, and monetization.

Requirements

• Experience in full-stack product engineering (TypeScript, Node, React), preferably on a growth or experimentation-focused team.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React with a strong design sensibility.
• Experience in building AI features or working with machine learning models.
• Capability to deliver minimum viable products and iterate based on feedback.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Experience with experimentation tools (e.g., GrowthBook, Optimizely, LaunchDarkly).
• Proficient in Git and collaborative code reviews.
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
