Overview

Twilio is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to provide actionable insights into strategic operations initiatives through quantitative analysis and technical systems. The role is remote and based in Colombia, contributing to Twilio’s mission of transforming communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with technical program managers to enhance decision making through data by defining OKRs and building insightful reports and dashboards.
• Leverage SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau to communicate product insights and maintain metrics and datasets.
• Source and identify data for strategic decision making.
• Partner with leadership to enable the adoption of dashboards and metrics.
• Collaborate with product and business leaders to monitor performance and drive product value.
• Ensure data quality and availability during the product development lifecycle.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in quantitative analysis and building dashboards.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in SQL and data visualization, with 2 years of experience in Tableau.
• Experience in data preparation processes for analytics projects.
