    Overview

    The Digital Success Engineer at Jamf is responsible for building the automation, tooling, and integrations that support the company's digital customer success initiatives. This role focuses on delivering proactive engagement at scale to help customers succeed with Apple products.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain automation, tooling, and integrations for digital customer success, including workflows and system connectors.
    • Execute strategy and requirements provided by the Digital Success Strategy Manager, bringing technology to life.
    • Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance digital-success tools, ensuring reliable operation.
    • Implement logic for personalized engagement using adoption and usage signals.
    • Leverage AI-assisted development tools and ensure accuracy before customer delivery.
    • Manage automated customer communication processes and maintain necessary governance.
    • Collaborate with data teams on definitions and pipelines for tooling dependencies.
    • Document and package developed solutions for maintenance and reuse.
    • Work autonomously on builds while aligning with managerial priorities and escalating issues as necessary.
    • Evaluate emerging AI tools for potential integration into customer success operations.
    • Undertake additional duties and special projects as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 4 years in a technical build role related to software or automation engineering, ideally in a SaaS context.
    • Hands-on experience with APIs, data connectors, and scripting or low-code automation.
    • Proven ability to build against defined requirements and deliver functioning technology.
    • Familiarity with AI-assisted development and evaluating outputs critically (preferred).
    • Experience with version control and modern software/data practices.
    • Knowledge of customer success or engagement metrics (preferred).
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
    • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
    • Certifications in relevant platforms (preferred).
